Can my employer apply for me?

No. You have to apply yourself. We do not take instructions from recruiters on a candidate’s file.

When do the 12 or 5 days start?

When we have a complete form, accepted documents and payment. A returned image pauses the period.

What is the difference between Basic and Priority?

Basic is £169.99 and takes 12 days. Priority is £179.99 and takes 5 days. The documents we ask for are the same.

Can I change from Basic to Priority later?

No. Choose before you submit. The two options are separate applications.

Will every organisation accept the report?

Not always. Ask them what they accept before you pay. If they name a different certificate, follow their list.

Which identity documents do you accept?

A passport photo page, or a national ID card (both sides), or a driving licence (both sides).

What proof of address do you accept?

Electricity bill, water bill or bank statement from the last three months. The name and address must match the form.

Why do you ask for two photographs?

One shows you holding the same document you uploaded. The other is your face only so we can compare likeness.

How is the report delivered?

By email to the address on your application. We do not send it to an employer unless you later ask in writing.

I live outside the UK. May I apply?

Yes, if you can complete the form in English and upload the documents listed. Delivery is by email.
