How it works
From application to email in five steps
Enter your details
Legal name, date of birth, country of birth, contact details and document number.
Upload your documents
Passport photo page, or the front and back of a national ID or driving licence. Proof of address: an electricity bill, water bill or bank statement. Two photos: one holding the document, one of your face only.
Pay the fee
You get a reference number when we accept the application.
Receive the report
We email it to you. You send it on to the organisation that asked for it.
Before you begin
Use the name as it appears on the identity document. Country of birth is required even if your nationality later changed. Proof of address must show your name and the same address you type on the form. Council tax, mobile bills and banking-app screenshots are not accepted on this form.
After you submit
Keep the reference shown on screen. Use it in any message to us. Check the junk folder of the email address you entered. We send the report to you only. You then forward it to the organisation that asked for it.
